I have been on both sides of a major remodeling project, both as a client of another remodeling company and as a contractor, so I know what’s it like to be in your shoes…really. I was working a graveyard shift, my wife was pregnant, and we just got a puppy right before adding over 400 s.f., a master bath and a complete kitchen remodel…(great planning on our part). This unique experience helps me understand and appreciate the emotional ups and downs that can happen during a remodeling project. Using the information I have learned both as a client and contractor, I do all I can to keep my clients informed, minimize surprises, and prevent frustrations.
